I can hardly believe that I am actually holding a copy of this book, MY book in my hot little hands. It has been such an incredible journey over the last couple of years when we first had the idea of this book, through the research, writing, testing, photographing, design and layout, to the final product which is now ready to go on sale. 


Tasty by Jay Wadams, with over 100 recipes from Cyprus, New Zealand, Australia, Great Britain and Germany with full-page photographs, the cookbook has loads of my favourite meals, as well as delicious cakes and desserts and I am SO PROUD OF IT!
